By downloading or using Little Masterpieces ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on an Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Little Masterpieces offers optional premium features through two in-app purchase options:
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Free tier limits and premium features may change at our discretion. We will not remove access to content you have already saved.
You retain full ownership of all images and data you create and store in the App. We do not access, transmit, or use your content in any way. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and store any images you add to the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Important: All data is stored locally on your device. We strongly recommend keeping your device backed up via iCloud Backup or iTunes/Finder. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, theft, or software failure.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
