1. Who We Are

Little Masterpieces is developed and published by Tripleweb Limited ("we", "us", "our"). If you have any questions about this policy, please email us at support@tripleweb.co.uk.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Photos or scanned images of any kind
• Names, labels, or categories you assign to drawings
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any other personally identifiable information

No data ever leaves your device as part of normal app operation.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Little Masterpieces stores the following data only on your device, in the app's private documents directory:

• Scanned images of drawings (JPEG files)
• Metadata: drawing name, category, and date (in a local SQLite database)
• App settings and preferences

This data is never transmitted to us or any third party. It is protected by iOS's standard sandboxing and device encryption. It may be included in your device's local iTunes/Finder backup or iCloud Backup if you have those enabled — this is managed entirely by you and Apple.

4. Camera Access

Little Masterpieces requests access to your device's camera solely to scan drawings using Apple's built-in document scanner. Images are processed on-device and saved to local storage. Camera access is never used for any other purpose.

5. In-App Purchases

Little Masterpieces offers optional premium features via in-app purchase (annual subscription and lifetime unlock). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase status is verified using RevenueCat, a third-party service that communicates with Apple's servers. RevenueCat may collect a device-level anonymous identifier to validate receipts. Please review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party library in a limited capacity:

• RevenueCat — receipt validation for in-app purchases only (see Section 5)

No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included in the app.

7. Children's Privacy

Little Masterpieces is designed for parents and guardians to preserve memories of their children's artwork. The app is not directed at children, does not knowingly collect data from children, and does not contain any features that would allow children to submit personal information.

8. Data Deletion

All data is stored locally. You can delete individual drawings within the app at any time. To remove all data, simply delete the app from your device — this permanently removes all stored images and metadata.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at the same URL with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
